Band24 in our afterparty!

It will be unforgettable night! This year #SMConvent afterparty’s star will be Band24 – the best social media band in Poland. It will be the first concert of their worldwide tour.

The concert will be held in Stary Maneż in Gdańsk. During the performance we will be raising money for charity, so PREPARE YOUR WALLET FOR THAT, TOO. If you are not #SMConvent participant or you want to take a friend with you, the entrance fee is then 15 PLN. Feel invited!

You have already known the star of this year #SMConvent afterparty. Yet the night is long, so we will have a plenty of time to present your talents, too. Be proud of your talents, show them to others and help the charity.

Last opportunity to join Case Study Festival!

Only 5 days left! The registration is open till 30th March. So if you want to submit your 2015/2016 social media campaign for Case Study Festival competition, you have to hurry up! Registration is free of charge.
The winner will get amber craned funded by the City of Gdańsk. The statues are designed by Emilia Kubat, the graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk and the winner of Amber Design Award 2012. We can find her works in art galleries in the whole world e.g. the United States, China, Germany, Czech Republic, Latvia and Italy.

ADVERTISING PITCHES

They were the success of last SMConvent edition and now they are back – short advertising pitches. This year you will again have an opportunity to appear on the stage and talk about your company or particular solutions. This is the chance to introduce yourself to hundreds of participants and social media experts, and what is more, it is the chance to familiarise them with your product.

You can have a permanent exposition showing your solutions, take part in all the lectures and create valuable networking in the biggest social media conference in Poland.

Advertising pitch should be max. 3-minute long. If you would like to have a multimedia presentation at the same time, please contact us at smconvent@personal-pr.pl and write in the email subject: “Advertising pitch”. You should include the following information:

  1. Company name
  2. Product/service name
  3. Product/service description (5 sentences)
  4. Contact details

The organiser reserves the right to choose a presentation referring to the conference subject.

CASE STUDY FESTIVAL 2016 RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Case Study Festival is a competition for the best social media campaign from Poland and aboard.
  2. Company or private person can submit max. 4 projects referring to the campaign/social media activities which were done individually or in cooperation with a team.
  3. Application must be submitted not later than 30th March at http://socialmediaconvent.pl/case-study-festival.
  4. Submitted projects can refer to PR, sales, CSR campaign or others.
  5. Application must contain all the relevant information, otherwise will not be considered.
  6. Each application will be evaluated by Personal PR commission, the organiser of Social Media Convent.
  7. The commission will choose max. 8 projects which will be qualified for Social Media Convent competition. The commission’s decision is final.
  8. The company representatives of chosen projects will be informed about the possibility of taking part in the competition till 5th
  9. In order to take part in the competition it is necessary to pay 550 PLN (net) on the organiser account till 10th April 2016.
  10. The paid amount will not be refunded. The lack of payment within the deadline is equal to resignation. The Commission has the right to invite to the competition a next person.
  11. Competition winner is chosen by the jury appointed by Personal PR .
  12. Each jury members evaluates individually every case study presented at the competition.
  13. Each case study is presented by one person for no longer than 5 minutes. The competitor (private person or company representative) can use a multimedia presentation.
  14. Each case study can be followed by a jury’s questions. The competitor has 30 seconds to answer the question.
  15. The jury verdict will be based on the number of votes and deliberation.
  16. The jury’s decision is final.
  17. Competition results will be announced during the afterparty on the first day of Social Media Convent.
  18. The winner gets the title of the best and receive Social Media SuperStar title.
  19. One campaign will be given also the audience award.
  20. The organiser reserves the right to introduce any changes into the rules and regulations.

SHOW YOUR PRODUCT IN SOCIAL MEDIA EXPO

Two days of practical meetings with experts, full of knowledge, trends, information about projects in Poland and abroad and unforgettable afterparty. These are only some attractions that are waiting for you! Today you will find out about a new one – Social Media Expo!

– Social Media Expo is designed for these who would like to show their products to the companies that use social media on regular basis, and for these who would like to draw experts’ attention to their solutions and finally reach potential clients., says Karolina Janik from Personal PR.

SIGN UP FOR CASE STUDY FESTIVAL 2016

This is the 4th edition of Case Study Festival – the competition for the best social media campaign. In previous years agencies highlighted the possibilities of social media channels integration and indicated the solutions for such media, which although have a great number of users, are still not fully appreciated.

What can we expect this year? You will find out soon! Social Media Convent will be held between 2122 April and then we will see the best social media campaigns of the last year.

Competition applications are accepted till 30th March 2016. The campaign cannot be realised earlier than last year. Registration open at www.socialmediaconvent.pl

After 3rd April Personal PR agency will choose eight campaigns that will be presented during Case Study Festival on the first day of conference (21st April) in European Solidarity Center.

The winning campaign will be chosen by a special jury. The creative approach, campaign realisation, content and the campaign effects will be evaluated.

WE KNOW THE OFFICIAL DATE OF 4TH EDITION OF SMConvent

It is the fourth time that experts, agencies and media houses that integrates social media in their projects will meet at Social Media Convent in Gdańsk. One of the biggest social media conference will be held on 2122 April 2016 in European Solidarity Center. Registration for the event will be open soon.

Intensive preparation for Social Media Covent are still in progress. As every year, Personal PR agency, the organiser of the event, plans many surprises.

– We are just reacting to the market needs. That is why, the event is gaining more and more momentum and value every year.
