CASE STUDY FESTIVAL 2016 RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Case Study Festival is a competition for the best social media campaign from Poland and aboard.
  2. Company or private person can submit max. 4 projects referring to the campaign/social media activities which were done individually or in cooperation with a team.
  3. Application must be submitted not later than 30th March at http://socialmediaconvent.pl/case-study-festival.
  4. Submitted projects can refer to PR, sales, CSR campaign or others.
  5. Application must contain all the relevant information, otherwise will not be considered.
  6. Each application will be evaluated by Personal PR commission, the organiser of Social Media Convent.
  7. The commission will choose max. 8 projects which will be qualified for Social Media Convent competition. The commission’s decision is final.
  8. The company representatives of chosen projects will be informed about the possibility of taking part in the competition till 5th
  9. In order to take part in the competition it is necessary to pay 550 PLN (net) on the organiser account till 10th April 2016.
  10. The paid amount will not be refunded. The lack of payment within the deadline is equal to resignation. The Commission has the right to invite to the competition a next person.
  11. Competition winner is chosen by the jury appointed by Personal PR .
  12. Each jury members evaluates individually every case study presented at the competition.
  13. Each case study is presented by one person for no longer than 5 minutes. The competitor (private person or company representative) can use a multimedia presentation.
  14. Each case study can be followed by a jury’s questions. The competitor has 30 seconds to answer the question.
  15. The jury verdict will be based on the number of votes and deliberation.
  16. The jury’s decision is final.
  17. Competition results will be announced during the afterparty on the first day of Social Media Convent.
  18. The winner gets the title of the best and receive Social Media SuperStar title.
  19. One campaign will be given also the audience award.
  20. The organiser reserves the right to introduce any changes into the rules and regulations.
